Our Philosophy

Host our guests with spontaneity, simplicity and gusto. This is our Philosophy! An informal location where you can feel at ease, enjoy an aperitif, a lunch or a dinner with carefully selected food and wines.

Indeed our first aim is to research natural and tasteful products. Therefore we love travelling in order to discover local artisans who work with passion and patience and are not likely to accept the compromises of the large-scale production. We have known them for quite a while and we regularly visit their realities. This has enabled us to build solid relationships based on mutual confidence and respect.


According to our philosophy, it is very important to enhance the tradition and culture of Italian gastronomy through the choice of genuine products: our cured meats are free of artificial preservatives, our cheeses come from local producers who breed their animals respectfully and all the ingredients we use in our kitchen are from organic and biodynamic agriculture.

Our sourdough bread is produced with organic whole wheat flours obtained from ancient seeds (not genetically modified) and baked in a wood-fired oven. Our keywords are genuineness, simplicity and seasonality: we propose natural food, following simple recipes and using only high quality ingredients. Every day we prepare some dishes of the day, depending on the availability of the ingredients and… our inspiration! Cakes and desserts are homemade. We also care about Vegetarians or Vegans’ requests and needs: among our daily dishes and our cakes we can propose ingredients that have no animal origin.

In our menu you can always find selections of cured meats and cheeses: a good start for your dinner or a perfect treat with a glass of wine.
