Wines
Wine shelves are the protagonists in our Cellar: they display wines produced by small winemakers who love and respect their soil; we call these wines “natural wines” because they are the result of man hard work and patience and of seasonal weather trends. Vineyards are not chemically treated and artificial devices are not used during the wine making process.
Our wine selection covers many Italian Regions with the most representative grapes varieties. We do not have a written wine list because we would like you to look at our shelves and discover what we have selected for you. We love vary our proposals with new producers but we may run out of some bottles waiting for a new vintage… some of our suppliers’ production is really limited. You can buy our wines for home or you can drink part of the bottle here and take home what remains. We also propose some wines by the glass every day.
We can organize personalized wine and food tastings on reservation. If you fall in love with some of our wines and would like to enjoy them at home, we can ship them to your Country.
Wine Tastings
We can organize guided wine tastings in English both for small and bigger groups. We propose some taste itineraries, selecting wines according to your requests and matching them with our genuine products: our natural cured meats and cheeses with our sourdough bread produced with organic whole wheat flours and baked in a wood-fired oven… unique and amazing flavors!
Craft Beers & more
We are also attracted by Craft Beers “World”: we look for microbreweries that prefer to use organic, high-quality and, if possible, locally sourced ingredients.
Beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized and they are re-fermented in bottle.
We have also a small selection of grappa, liqueurs and digestives: we rely on small artisans who work with local ingredients and are able to make unique products with special fragrances and tastes. At the end of your meal, why don’t you try an “amaro” made with mountain herbs?
Beers and liqueurs, grappa and digestives can be purchased or enjoyed in our place.
